In today’s rapidly changing world, effective leadership goes beyond skills and performance—it begins with character, self-governance and adab.
The Adab, Self-Governance & Leadership course explores Islamic leadership ethics and integrity through the foundations of tawhid, adab, self-governance (tadbir al-nafs), and the psychology of the human soul.
Designed for professionals, leaders, government officers and postgraduate students, this 12-week course equips participants with the knowledge and practical perspectives to develop ethical decision-making, responsible leadership and sustainable organisational practices.
